Artist’s catalogue

For the second catalog of the painter Alina Cociere (l’envers des Temps), the key words are reverse, symmetry. I kept the square format – 160 x 160 cm. In this catalogue, the format of the canvases chosen was vertical, or, by joining – triptych, quadriptych. On some pages, there are quotes from important artists (Kazimir Malévitch, Mark Rothko, Vincent van Gogh). These were chosen to support the ideas pursued in the painting.

For the third cover, I chose a photo of the author against the background of the rocks near where she lives. These rocks are a source of inspiration, and the figure of the painter is „lost” in the texture of the landscape. www.cociere.org
