Bolt - Romanian Pavilion of the 11th International Architecture Exhibition, La Biennale di Venezia, 2008

This project involves the development of a graphic design concept for an exhibition catalog. The exhibition in question showcases Bolt, a building designed by architect Serban Sturdza. The design firm Factum Design was commissioned to create a logo and other printed materials for the event, which was held in Venice, Italy. The team at Factum Design drew inspiration from the bolt itself and created a logo with a bold and powerful aesthetic. They incorporated modern typefaces such as Fresco and Versa for the titles and body text, and utilized a two-color printing process to give the materials a polished, sophisticated look. Overall, the design elements effectively communicate the values and vision of the Bolt project.
