Client: Beaurecueil Castle.
Château de Beaurecueil is a former forge, built in the 16th century. Rebuilt in the 18th and 19th centuries from the original residence, the castle still retains two 17th century plastered towers. Since 1996, the current owners – a poet and a dancer – wanted this place to be dedicated to poetry in all its forms. And the name was changed from metal smithy to poetry smithy. The logo had to collect and express some particularities – knowledge, the castle and… the owls around.
