Brancoveanu’s heritage understanding by everyone

Agatonia School Publishing House, specialized in projects on Romanian heritage, traditions and crafts asked Factum Design to create the design of the work. www.patrimoniupentrucopii.piscu.ro/

The book, dedicated to the mass audience, is rich with photographs and details (paintings, architectural elements and decoration) illustrating Brancoveanu’s cultural heritage. Factum Design proposed an attractive layout, a lighter page and vivid graphic elements.For the book cover, a folio layer inspired by votive mural painting was used to evoke the „golden age” of Romanian art in the 18th century. Factum Design used a single typeface family, Fresco from www.typeby.com, in two versions (serif and sanserif).
