Sculptor's catalogue

A new catalog designed for the sculptor Virgil Scripcariu. Done on the occasion of his sculpture exhibition titled Promenade, held in the courtyard of Mogosoaia’s Palace in the beginning of 2018, the catalog also contains a retrospective of the sculptor’s work. We proposed a large format to show details of bronze sculptures and to keep pages airy. The catalog has a double cover made of different cardboard: one is black, and the other is shorter. The last one, by its color, suggests the steel (corten) pedestals of the sculptures. The letters, which compose the author’s name, are cut into cardboard, as well as reference to the labels of the same typeface sculptures. We used Versa, Orly Stencil fonts from www.typeby.com, and Noto.
